Right of access

We had some email exchange with Peter Mason, our solicitor. Peter told us that the sellers want to retain a strip of land for shore access. Peter advised us to change that into an access right, written down in the deeds. Right now we’re aiming for a completion by the 8th of November. This will also require us to have the purchase price transferred into the account of MacLeod and MacCallum.
