Phonecall with Jon

Had an extensive phonecall with Jon Howarth today. He’s finishing up the draft tender document which will be sent to the prospective builders. He will email it end of this for review by us.

Futhermore we discussed a quote Jon has received from Thermafloor for installing underfloor heating equipment in our house. The quote was given upon my request, after reading a positive reference on the products and services of Thermalfloor in the magazine “Home Building and Renovation“.

We also discussed the progress from the side of SkyeHomes - which appears to be not much - as we’ve not yet received an updated quote for the timber frame.
