Last post… for now

June 1, 2009

After maintaining this blog for well over 2 years I’ve decided to stop posting to it. At least for now, that is….

From my Google Analytics page I can see there’s a regular crowd visiting and probably reading about our life here on Skye and I wish to thank you for keeping up with us. A big thank you for all who shared their views through comments. Much appreciated!

The site itself will still be around for a while…

What a shame Roger, was an enthusiastic visitor of your blog, perhaps during wintertime you will find some time again to start up your blog again. Keep up the good work at your cottage!

    Cheers, Loebes

    Rogier and Claire,

Soooo sad that there will be no blog no more. Many thanks for the past 3 years of life on Skye. You have helped us so much with all the information on building a new house from start to finish. Your blog has kept us going during the long process of building our little bit of paradise on the Misty isle.

    Will see you soon

    Rob and Jean

Sorry to hear that Roger, but thanks for providing a great window on “your world” on Skye. I shall miss the updates (especially since my brother is hopeless at keeping up on their blog )

Best wishes for a great Summer.

Sorry to see that I will not be able to read your blog, I have been to Skye a few times and always stay in Upper Milovaig so I know Glendale very well. I will miss your blog.

I’m heading back again this Sept so I will keep an eye out on progress on the cottage!

Got something to say?
