Minor change

February 20, 2008

flickr.gifI’m running out of disk space at my provider, so I decided today to move all the photo material to FLICKR. It will be a gradual process so clicking a thumbnail will sometimes show you the zoom-and-shading effect for pictures not hosted on FLICKR. Thumbnails hosted on FLICKR will actually take you to their website. As a bonus you will be able to browse all the photo’s there, maybe even leave a comment

[Update 23-02-2008] I found a plugin which allows FLICKR as a primary source of photo’s, while at the same time offers the lightbox effect. It will also leave you on the blog so no jumps to the FLICKR site.

FLICKR is THE photo website on the planet. You can store, exchange and edit your photo’s there. It has tons of goodies. They have a free offer which is good and for $25 you buy a year’s subscription which removes any space limits etc. Just go to flickr.com…

I’m not advertising for them but I’m really impressed with their offering…
